Inclusion: EVERYONE is welcome and EVERYONE has a voice.

Integrity: Say what you mean and mean what you say; act accordingly.

My philosophy

When approaching any type of professional relationship, I have a few beliefs that guide my approach to both people and the issues they bring to me.

  1. Everyone is creative, resourceful and whole. You may not feel that way at the moment. In fact, this could be the very reason you are seeking out my services as a coach.

  2. You are the expert on you. You have the answers within yourself to solve any of your problems.

  3. Based on #2, even my trainings and consultations, unless specified by the client, are conversation based rather than me telling you what to do or there is only one route from A to B.

  4. Every person is unique. Every situation, no matter the similarities, is unique.

  5. I love humor! I try and weave humor into everything I do. Although, when you read my philosophy thus far, you wouldn't have guessed this!

  6. We are all on this earth to make each others' lives easier and more fulfilled.

  7. We all make mistakes. Own up to them, learn from them and make better decisions next time.

  8. Not only do I need to be an expert in coaching, I also believe that I need to know something about the area I am coaching in.

  9. I always like to help. And sometimes that means me stepping back from our business relationship, and whenever possible, providing you with other resources that can better serve your needs.

  10. We are all accountable to one another; we are also accountable to ourselves.
